This SMS Privacy Policy supplements the Aurhomes Group Privacy Policy and applies to text messages sent by Aurhomes Group LLC under the messaging brand “Aurhomes Group.”

If you provide your mobile telephone number and separately consent to receive text messages, Aurhomes Group may use that number to send the categories of messages described at the point of consent. These may include responses to real-estate inquiries, appointment and showing coordination, requested property information and transaction-related updates, and, if you separately consent, marketing messages about real-estate services, listings, and opportunities.

Aurhomes Group does not sell, rent, or share mobile telephone numbers, text-message originator opt-in data, or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This restriction does not prevent sharing with service providers that act solely on our behalf to provide and support the messaging service, subject to contractual restrictions, or disclosures required by law.
